Return Policy

General Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please click on this link. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 7-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at novaga24@novaga.fashion.

Terms and Conditions of Return
Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, including all materials received with the item (dust bags, covers, etc.), and should include a copy of the invoice.
Items must be unharmed, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, with all original security seals still attached. When trying on shoes, avoid scratching the soles or marking the shoe box. Briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip. For hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns of worn or soiled items.
The Novaga packaging must not be used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Customized items cannot be returned. Ensure customization details are correct before placing the order. No cancellations or alterations can be made once a customized order is placed.
If the item does not meet these requirements, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, you can return it for a refund within 7 days from the date you received it. Items are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse will not be considered faulty.

If you purchased products from one of our authorized resellers, please get in touch with them directly as they have their own return policies. Items purchased from authorized resellers cannot be returned to our online store.
