Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the chosen shipping method and your location:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Economy Shipping: 7-10 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order here.
Damages
Novaga is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will vary based on the destination and the chosen shipping method. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Novaga is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Novaga is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to regulatory or logistical reasons. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.
Order Date
The order date is the date on which you place your order. Please note that the shipment processing time begins the next business day after your order date.
